One of New Leaf CB’s long term goals is the provision of a truly affordable self-build home that offers a usable living space that is comfortable to live in but can be delivered much quicker and lower cost than a traditionally built house.

We envisage a home that is chosen and configured online then delivered in a matter of weeks and erected by the home owner or a single contractor. Delivered on mass and with a focus on maximum space this build concept could really improve the proposition which is offered to today’s first time buyers.
